Breathwork & Reiki Class - June 19th
In these classes we will breathe to powerful binaural beats in powerful harmony rhythms to quiet the ego mind, settle the body and move softly into a totally relaxed state of calm and quiet.
Includes: ~50 minute powerful awakening Breath Journey, 15 minutes of Gentle Touch Reiki Healing and an essential oil aromatherapy bath (Young Living products used that does not trigger most scent-allergy users).
