BEGINNER YOGA CLASSES ARE A MIX OF HATHA + YIN YOGA
Hatha Yoga is a slower-moving practice where poses are held for several breaths, helping you build strength, stability, balance and flexibility while connecting more deeply with your body and breath.
Yin Yoga is a slower, more passive practice, with most poses done seated or lying on the mat and held for longer periods. It gently works with the body’s connective tissues and fascia, encouraging greater mobility, flexibility and relaxation.
Together, Hatha + Yin offer a beautiful balance of strength and softness, movement and stillness.
