Yoga Class Information
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
You’ll ONLY need to bring a yoga mat, and your own blanket (needed)
Please dress in layers. No need to go buy brand name pricy yoga pants! Come in sweatpants, t-shirt and sweater!
You can bring two blocks, if you have them. They may help with some poses.
Bring a water bottle.
