Includes: ~45 minute powerful awakening Breath Journey ending with Gentle Touch Reiki Healing and an essential oil aromatherapy bath (Young Living products used that does not trigger scent-allergy users). Afterwards take a moment to sip on a hot herbal tea to fully allow yourself to integrate with the beautiful energies of your session.
